Fees

**Post-service referrals and coordination of care will be billed at $80.00 per hour with a minimum of 15 minutes. Additional time (i.e. 90 minutes or longer) can be scheduled to address more complicated issues provided that we discuss it beforehand.

Coverage and payment options:

WRJ Location accepts: BC/BS VT, Cigna, VTWC and Personal Injury cases.

Randolph Location accepts: BC/BS VT, Cigna, VTWC and Personal Injury cases.

VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted at both locations.

(Two or more problems, chronic and/or complicated cases)
